Reiki and Crystal Energy Healing Sessions

I offer in-person Reiki and crystal energy healing sessions designed to support relaxation, energetic balance, and overall well-being. The crystals I use act as gentle amplifiers enhancing the flow of energy during the session.

Before your session, you’ll complete a brief intake form, and we’ll take a few moments to discuss your healing intentions and any areas of concern. You’ll then relax fully clothed on a massage table, either on your back or stomach, based on your comfort.

At the beginning of the session, I use a pendulum to assess which chakras may be imbalanced or blocked. I then place selected crystals on the chakras that need support and begin channeling Reiki energy through gentle hand placements above the chakras and along key meridian points. Reiki energy naturally flows to where it is most needed in the body.

Sessions may include both light touch and non-touch (hovering) techniques, depending on your comfort level. If you are experiencing discomfort or pain in a specific area, additional time may be focused there.

During the session, some clients experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, or gentle movement of energy, while others feel deep relaxation and a sense of calm. Every Reiki experience is unique. At the end of the session, I reassess the chakras to observe any shifts or clearing that may have occurred.

Wellness Coaching Sessions

I also offer wellness coaching sessions, in which I can help you find clarity, emotional balance, and renewed peace. These sessions provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for reflection, growth, and meaningful personal change.
